On March 26, 2021, The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) issued 300 Notification of Interest letters through the Alberta Express Entry Stream. Unlike most Federal Express Entry draws with the CRS cut off upwards of 460, applicants selected under the Express Entry stream were required to have a CRS of at least 301.
On 16th February 2021, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted its first draw of the year targeting applicants under the Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream with work experience in one of the six targeted tech occupations.
In an unusual move on the 16th February 2021, the province issued two draws, selecting in total 494 invitations.
In the biggest draw from any PNP so far this year, Saskatchewan issued 541 invitations to International Skilled Workers from the Express Entry or Occupations in Demand streams.
The province of British Columbia has held their biweekly PNP draw targeting those who qualify for the Tech Pilot program. This latest draw saw 74 applicants invited to submit an application for nomination to the province of British Columbia.
The province of New Brunswick regularly hosts information sessions and job fairs to find new immigrants hoping to start a new life in the east coast province of Canada.
Manitoba has held their second draw of the year, issuing 218 invitations to candidates through their overseas and local streams.
British Columbia has held their weekly draw on February 2nd, issuing an additional 208 invitations to eligible applicants under 5 BCPNP steams.
Ontario invites 283 Express Entry applicants to apply for nomination.
