Manitoba Skilled Workers Overseas candidates invited in this draw had previously received an invitation under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative. How can I be eligible to receive an invitation in one of Manitoba’s draws?
To be eligible to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the MPNP, candidates must first meet the eligibility requirements for one of the province’s immigration streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, or the International Education stream.
After a profile is submitted, it is ranked by MPNP’s points system and given a score based on language, age, work experience, education, and adaptability factors. Candidates can also have points deducted in the “risk assessment” factor for any strong ties to another province.
