In the 180th Express Entry draw, Canada issued284 invitations to Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence. This draw was specific to Provincial Nominee Class candidates. The minimum CRS cut-off score for this draw was 778.

284 Provincial Nominee Class Candidates Invited

The 180th Express Entry draw has extended 284 invitations to qualified Provincial Nominee class candidates. Candidates with a provincial nomination can receive up to 600 extra points toward their CRS score, essentially guaranteeing them selection from the Express Entry pool.

This is the 6th PNP specific draw of 2021. In comparison to this time last year when there was only 1 PNP specific draw, this increased interest in PNP applicants demonstrates the importance Provincial programs now play within the Express Entry system.
