In the 159th Express Entry draw, the IRCC extended invitations to candidates under the Federal Skilled Trades stream of Express Entry. This was the second Express Entry draw in two days.
This draw saw 250 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) issued to candidates with a CRS score of 415 points or higher.
In the last two days, the federal government has issued 4,150 invitations to apply for Canadian permanent residence.
In spite of the coronavirus pandemic, Canada has issued more ITAs through Express Entry this year than any other. So far, the Canadian federal government has invited 61,850 eligible candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residence, and we are hopeful that this number will continue to rise in the coming months.
